This summer we want as many people as possible to Walk for NETs to help us continue providing community support to anyone affected by Neuroendocrine Cancer.
Each step you take could help give a person living with Neuroendocrine Cancer, and their loved ones, essential medical, practical and emotional support.
Last year we raised around £420,000 which helped us to fund all of our support services, educational resources, awareness raising campaigns, research into NETs and our advocacy work. This is an incredible amount but there are over 4,000 people diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Cancer each year in the UK, and it costs us around £1,000 to provide all of our support services to one patient for one year. We want to be there for more patients and their loves ones – so we know we need to do more!
But we can’t do this alone.
Your small steps can help us to take on NETs.
Hosting a Walk for NETs is simple!
1. Sign up
2. Choose a date, time and location for your walk
3. Ask your friends and family to join you on the day
4. Get fundraising!
It really is as simple as that. You choose the pace and the place – all that’s left is to get your family and friends together to join you on the day and ask everyone you know to donate whatever they can to NET Patient Foundation.
Your walk can be as big or as small as you like and can take place anytime over summer.
Sign up and we’ll send you out a fundraising pack with everything you need to get started including a guide, posters, balloons, a t-shirt and a collection box.
Please help us to continue supporting the Neuroendocrine Cancer community. Thank you!
